Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing their needs and providing personalized terms. Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, coordinating efforts to meet client expectations effectively. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, demonstrating a relentless drive to achieve results and contribute to the company's growth. Requirements: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on promoting and selling financial products and trading services. Deep understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, insurance policies, and related offerings, as well as familiarity with algo trading strategies and trading platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively convey complex financial concepts to clients interested in financial products and trading services. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, displaying a proactive approach to identify opportunities and deliver results. Strong ability to assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions, tailoring product offerings and trading services to align with individual client goals. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools will be advantageous. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
