• Analyzing the shortlisted candidates' resumes and determining the eligibility; • Communicating with the prospective candidates over the phone/email/chat/video calling; • Facilitating the on-boarding for the eligible candidates; • Updating the hiring related reports and sharing the reports as per stipulated timelines; • Ensuring timely and effective feedback is shared with the stakeholders' concerned (internal/external as applicable); • Complying with stringent adherence to the applicable labor laws prevalent in USA; and • Ensuring strict allegiance to the business directives pertaining to follow-ups and reporting.
