You will be responsible for : • Managing various aspects:- HR Operations including Recruitment and Academic counseling (Manage All Admission) • Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application. • Managing employee benefits. • Working closely with finance and/or Management Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims. • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement. • Managing a team of 1-5 people. • Able to generate leads and grow the same month on month with a high-quality hit ratio • Call leads, Send emails, Follow-up and convert into sales • Deal with the existing customers over calls regarding the product and convert it.
