Job Description -: 1.Employee has to call the customer regarding the Maxpay Money online services like recharge, money transfer, bill payment etc. 2. After call employee needs to explain about the services to the customer how he will get the services and how he can work with the Maxpay Money. 3. Employee has to convince the customer about the product and he/she has to assure customer about company profile. 4. Once the customer agrees then employee has to go for the further process like he has to ask customer for his documents and details and with the documents customer should pay the token amount for the services. 5. After the documents and payment received, employee has to forward the details to the backend team and ask them to create customer id. 6. Once the id has created employee has to forward his user id and password then employee has to peovide training about the services. 7. Employee has to keep his data on record with the notebook and he has ti follow the customer by the time.
