The Role
The role is to make calls and persuade prospects to donate or to increase their donation to our client, providing them at all times a professional and pleasant experience.
Responsibilities
Welcoming new donors through tele calling in verification process
Relationship build up calls with donors.
Closing of conversation as per targets given for different data
Good communication skills in hindi and any one vernaculars (English, Gujarati, Marathi)
Making calls and convincing donors to donate or increase their donation to our clients
Meeting and maintaining call targets and call quality parameters set by the Team Lead
Reporting to the manager as per reporting guidelines.
