JD Details for DO's & DRM Position: - • Minimum Graduation qualification is must. • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu and Voice calling experience is mandatory for DRM. • Fresher's can be considered if they are interested to work in outbound sales process. • Any banking process/customer service profiles eligible • Required basic knowledge on Insurance, CC, Loans...etc., • Required good convincing skills, sales knowledge, adoptable to work at any situations. Candidate Responsibilities: - • Candidate need to do outcall and Explain about banking products like (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans, FD's, Investment Plans etc.,) • Need to reach the monthly targets • Need to resolve customer Queries • Maintain good communication skills in Humble Manner • Good Convincing skills • Working Hours 9Hrs (1-hour Break) • 6days Working (Monday to Saturday) • Salary Details (16000/- CTC to 20500/- CTC) Depends on candidate experience salary will can be negotiable. • Sunday Week Off • 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday will be Week off • Complete Dayshifts Timings 9:00 AM TO 6:30 PM • 2-Way transportation will be provided from (Mehdipatnam, Nizampet, Balanagar, Bandlaguda, Secundrabad) which cover all locations to reach Pocharam. • Point to point Pick and Drop will available • Work from Office Mandatory Documents Required for Walk-in: - • Updated Resume • Covid-19 vaccination Certificate copy Required • Educational Documents Soft copy (SSC, Inter and Degree) are mandatory. • Work Location: Pocharam, Ghatkesar (2Way Bus shuttle will be provided point pick up & point drop) Note: - B Tech & B.
