Job Description: A Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and managing content on an organisation's social media platforms. We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Thodupuzha, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Creating and scheduling posts. Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries, including posting updates, responding to comments, and maintaining a consistent online presence. Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
