Attract and onboard algo traders and clients interested in self-trading accounts, providing them with detailed information on our advanced trading platforms, tools, and comprehensive support services. Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads and prospects who are interested in algo trading and self-trading accounts, actively pursuing opportunities to expand our client base. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing their needs and providing personalized terms. Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, coordinating efforts to meet client expectations effectively. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, demonstrating a relentless drive to achieve results and contribute to the company's growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, continually enhancing your knowledge to position our financial products and trading services competitively in the market. Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system. Requirements: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on promoting and selling financial products and trading services. Deep understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, insurance policies, and related offerings, as well as familiarity with algo trading strategies and trading platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively convey complex financial concepts to clients interested in financial products and trading services. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, displaying a proactive approach to identify opportunities and deliver results. Strong ability to assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions, tailoring product offerings and trading services to align with individual client goals. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools will be advantageous. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client interactions. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Series 7 or CFP are a plus.
