Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets and contribute to the agency's growth. - Collaborate closely with our creative teams to translate client requirements into impactful advertising concepts.
- Present and pitch advertising proposals effectively, showcasing the agency's creative prowess and value proposition.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, creative processes, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to excel in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
- Adept at managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a creative agency or similar environment is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
