Roles and Responsibilities 1.Sourcing and Screening of candidates as per the requirement of Client. 2. Follow up with Candidates for their documents and completing pre-joining formalities. 3. Keep track of Joining confirmation of candidates. 4. Develop and manage various sourcing channels like Consultants, Vendors, Institutes & campus etc. 5. Maintain candidate database. 6. Assist in organizing various recruitment drives at client location and as desired by client with the help of Consultants and Institutional Tie-Ups. 7. Managing joining attrition. 8. Assist in on-boarding of selected candidates. 9. Understanding and Use of HRMS Portal.
