In this job role you need to supervise sales team along with individuals. They also work directly with clients who are in the market to buy properties. Roles and Responsibilities • Experience: A minimum of three years' experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management • Industry knowledge : A real estate sales manager should have a clear and in-depth understanding of the real estate industry such as property law, taxes, financial statements and market trends and analysis • Technical skills: Proficiency in real estate software, customer real estate software, customer relationship management ( CRM) tools • Leadership skill : The ability to manage, motivate and lead a team • Communication skill : Excellent communication skill both written and verbal are required to communicate with clients and team members • Sales skills: Sales skills such as the ability to close deals, strong negotiation and motivation are required • Customer Service: As a real estate sales manager you should be committed to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients • Adaptability : The real estate industry is constantly evolving and as a real estate manager you need to be adaptable and eager to learn COMPENSATION It will be based on your previous job role CTC.
