Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for children aged 2–5 years. Plan and conduct daily activities including storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, and play-based learning. Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Maintain discipline and ensure child safety at all times. Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing updates with parents when required. Coordinate with other staff to organize events, celebrations, and learning activities. Maintain hygiene, classroom order, and teaching materials.Qualifications & Skills Any graduate (Montessori / Early Childhood Education certification preferred). Good communication skills in English & Tamil. Passion for teaching and caring for young children. Creativity, patience, and ability to manage a classroom.
