Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PHP/Laravel developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web development, an excellent understanding of the Laravel framework, and strong problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be passionate about web development, have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be comfortable working with a variety of complex web technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and test web applications using the Laravel framework
• Work with other developers, designers, product owners and project managers
• Ensure all web applications are secure and compliant with industry standards
• Monitor performance of web applications and proactively identify and address issues
• Troubleshoot and debug web applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications with the Laravel framework
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
• Comfortable working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Knowledge of security best practices and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Linux server administration
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
• Experience with automated testing and/or Test-Driven Development
• Experience with cloud hosting services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
