Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and setting up appointments for sales representatives.
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
Provide detailed information about our products and services
Answer customer questions and address any concerns
Set up appointments for sales representatives
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
