Maintaining Complete tour file of the corporate. Negotiating on the quotes with the hotels and the respective vendors. Assist team in zero escalations raised by customers. Handling preparing pre & post tours for the delegates participating in the tours. Reviewing all event billing and ensuring that all billing is in order before payment is made. Coordinating with guides, drivers and airport representative for full customer satisfactions Negotiating with overseas Supplier, transporter, hotels. Managing relationship with hoteliers, Transportation vendors and activity partners. Manage outbound post sales operations of all destination for B2C ensuring smooth transaction with supplier and customers.
