Role ● You will be responsible for building a team of advisors ● These advisors will be responsible for selling life insurance in their networks ● Advisors are people from your network that can sell life insurance, they are required to clear the IRDAI exam ● You will act as mentors for these advisors and manage their day-to-day operations ● You will be responsible for consistent sales output by utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities
