1. Provide required customized solution to the client as per their requirement 2.Identifying the vacant Properties by mapping with internal data or by field sourcing through Tolet boards / Properties under construction. 3.Cross selling and creating business opportunities for (i) Realty (ii) Interior designing for EPK. 4. Coordinate with Client and share the identified / sourced property details and conducting site visits. 5. Fixing appointment with prospective corporate client and property owners in terms of service visibility provided by us. 6. Maintain a sales report and ensure to achieve sales targets.
