Engagement: Currently we are to engage as Academic Counselor who will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with Students / Colleges and provide the necessary details to students / parents. Job Summary: Experience: 2 - 4 years Role: Academic Coordinator Industry: Education & Training Qualification: Any Graduates Location: Bangalore Job Description: · Responsible for end-to-end student admission cycle. · Fill applications for colleges and universities. · Coordinate with Colleges/Universities regarding Application Form Filling guidelines, Important Dates etc and communicate them to Students / Parents · Provide 1:1 phone or email support to enrolled students · Maintain an MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have done inquiries. · Coordinate & maintain close relationships with internal counselling team to understand student requirements. · Follow up for payment of fees to colleges for admitted students. · Conducting the student feedback · Follow-up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information and resolve them Desired Candidate Profile: · Good Interpersonal & Communication skills · 2 - 3 years of experience as a Academic Coordinator · Excellent Internet, Technology & Computer Usage skills · Domain knowledge of various universities/colleges application form filling procedures · Maintain the Student's details in an Excel tracker · Should be able to communicate with Students / Parents in English & Hindi Key Skills: Academic Counselor, Academic Coordinator, Admission Coordinator, Education Coordinator, Student Coordinator
