Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Counselor to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, cold calling, and effectively convincing customers. As an Inside Sales Counselor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by providing excellent customer services and converting leads into sales. This is a full-time position with a 6-days working. Requirements : • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, cold calling, and convincing customers. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively convert leads into sales. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
