Responsibilities and Duties • End to end Recruitment for the IT and NON-IT Industry • Recruitment of junior and middle-level positions. • Handling entire recruitment cycle for IT and NON-IT • Using all job portals in the recruitment industry. • Referencing and Mapping with the candidates for the urgent closures. • Negotiating with the candidate if required after the offer rolls out. • Arranging the telephonic interview with the candidates. • Mass Mailing and job posting for receiving the maximum resume for the various profiles. • Maintaining an internal database for the future references
