• Sourcing the required profiles through Job portals / References / Internal database • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. • Calling the prospective candidates/ Interview coordination. • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. • Providing recruitment reports to team managers. • Client servicing / Coordination / Follow ups. • Maintaining good relationship with clients. • Sending Bulk Email and SMS • Maintaining the reports and should be able to provide the required ERROR FREE reports on time
