Responsibilities:
• Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
• Answer queries about products or the company.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
• Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
