Job Overview We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Taslap Services. You will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Qualifications and Skills 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Self-motivated and target-oriented Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Valid driver's license Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads and drive sales in the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Effectively demonstrate product knowledge and features Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts Participate in sales meetings and training sessions Key Responsibility: Co-ordinate with the client for product and services promotion.
