English Teacher/ Tutor (Online & Remote)

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for good numbers of English Teachers/ Tutors to join our bright team who is operating in Online and Remotely. If you are incredibly motivated, active, joyful and passionate about teaching English to students from different nations and places and have the right blend of teaching aptitude with ability to teach the language at online platform with patience and tact, let’s meet over a Call or Google Meet so that we can get to know your skills in more detail.

Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help your students (across the Globe) meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English. You’ll oversee their progress by tracking their various assignments in order to provide useful feedback.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS:

• Knowledge of various teaching methodologies
• Deep understanding of the English grammar, language, practice and requirements
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills A patient and resilient personality
• Dedication to students and their learning growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

• Keeping track records of classrooms and schedules.
• Examining parent’s feedback to ensure that the students feel at ease.
• Managing Zoom meetings.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The working environment is totally remote and online, whereas working hours are completely flexible, and you can set your own schedule.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Compensation: $7 per hour (for both, fresher and experienced). Calculated on prorata base Part Time Mode monthly salary will be Rs. 40K+ and for Full Time Mode it will be Rs. 80K+, subjected to performance. Salary can be disbursed Weekly, Bi-monthly and Monthly basis
• Shift Timing: Totally Work From Home (WFH) and Teachers can pick classes to make their own schedule
• Roles/ Hours: Part Time (20 hours weekly and 8) and Full Time (40 hours weekly).
• Resource Required: At least a 3^rd Generation i3 PC or Laptop with a good internet connection (Webcam not required)
• Training: 2 weeks of training will be provided after joining
