Key Job Responsibilities:
Ø Admission Counselling: Engage on the phone with parents and students, providing information about various career paths, options, and programs (Degree/Graduation, Post-Graduation, and Doctorate) available in our partner universities across India.
Ø Clear and Accurate Information: Provide clear and accurate information about our EdTech programs, admission requirements, fees, available scholarships, and related services to ensure prospective students make informed decisions.
Ø Data Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all admissions-related conversations in the CRM.
Ø Positive Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, and tailor counseling approaches to meet the unique needs and concerns of individual students.
Ø Admissions Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end admission process for students, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed.
Ø Query Resolution: Address all admissions-related queries from the students and parents promptly and effectively.
Ø Converting Leads into Admissions: Utilize strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude to convert leads into successful admissions, contributing to the growth of our student community.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ø Minimum Graduate degree is mandatory.
Ø 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in the sales or admission counselling process. Freshers are welcome to apply for the position.
Ø Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Additionally, knowledge of one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam,) would be a plus
Ø Proficient in MS Office
Ø Good persuasion skills
Ø Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people
Ø Ability to empathize, understand, and counsel students
Ø Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ø Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
