Position Summary: • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports • Build, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics • Work with managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project • Creating and Implementing Data Analytics solutions in Hybrid cloud based Data Management, Data Security, Data Governance process and procedures • Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques • Analyze data from large datasets and build dashboards or other visual tools to convey results for decision making • Operate in a hyper-collaborative way and follow these guiding principles: o Identify appropriate channel for decision making o Build Analytics systems and Predictive Models o Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis o Celebrate diverse ideas o Succeed and fail together as a team Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of overall experience in designingand implementing large scale data and Analytics systems • Working knowledge of data mining principles: EDA, predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units • Practical Implementation experience in Machine Learning Model development and Deployment (Regression, Classification, Clustering and Time-series Forecasting) • Specialized In one or more of the following areas: Sales Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Optimization Analytics, Predictive Modelling, Forecasting Models, NLP/NLG areas • Strong Python knowledge in building and deploying Data Science models • Strong SQL and data processing skills with proven ability to handle large volume and variety of data • Strong understanding of Multi-dimensional and RDBMS design • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic team • Energy, drive and passion to work, and operate in a digital world • Ability to operate in a start-up mentality and growing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in cross-functional teams Education: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree • Preferred to have specialization in Statistics, Mathematics or Data Science Streams
