Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by Telecalling and mailing.
• Candidate should have good communication skills and can talk to the customers on call in Hindi & English.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using script.
• Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company
• Customer sales executives should understand the customer's requirements and have to convince the customer to purchase the product and close the lead.
• Enter and update customer information in the Database.
• Maintain Customer lead Data follow-up on our CRM.
