Take ownership of customer issues

Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments

Maintain customer database

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Salary- 12k - 20k (depends on experience and academic qualification)

- Freshers will be preferred.

Shift based on site job- Morning, Evening and Night Shift

Proficiency in English - written or oral communication
