Designation - Customer Care Executive

Qualifications - Minimum 6 months of experience

Education - Graduate in any degree. A graduate in finance, banking, and economy is preferred.

Position - 10

locations - Hosapalaya, Muneshwara Nagar, Bengaluru.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm Requirements - Preferred English and Hindi

Role and responsibility :-
Good voice communication skills Ability to use emails and chats to handle customer queries Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about Know Your Customer (KYC) Providing customer support and services Handling customer queries Skills - clear communication. High voice and writing skills. Degree in finance, economics, or banking. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
