Job Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound and receive inbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.
2. Work on telemarketing tasks like lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
3. Handle customer communication via phone, email, and live chat.
4. Meet daily targets and deliver high-quality service.
5. Stay motivated and focused while working independently.

Who Can Apply:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in international call centers.
• Strong spoken English and communication skills required.
• Must be under 40 years of age.
• Should have a good background in telecalling and customer support.
• Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
• 12th pass and graduates with the right experience can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹70,000 per month (based on experience).
