Position: B2C Sales Executive Working Locations - Hyderabad Industry - Fabric / Furnishing Key Responsibilities: Experience in Inside Sales/ tele sales experience /Client Meeting Experience in a B2C/B2B environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willingness to meet targets. Develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the company's B2C customer base. Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customer that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face- to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking Make Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales, Regular follow-up with new and existing customers log all sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions Communicating with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues they may have Fast learner and passion for sales Keeping track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes Requirements: Proven experience as B2C sales executive, preferably in retail or the wholesale fabric / Furnishing / Furniture industry. Lead Generation Lead management Inhouse sales Sales Assistance Cold Calling Consumer durable Customer relationship Client servicing Must have fluency in English, Hindi Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the furniture industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills People Management and leadership skills Presentation Skills Financial and commercial acumen
