Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the operations of a leading technology training institution with over 5 regional campuses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and have worked as a Profit Head for any of the NIIT, APTECH, IIHT, or similar training institutions in India or abroad. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to drive business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies, and possess excellent management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring all financial targets are met.
• Provide leadership to the regional campus managers and ensure that they are meeting their targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrolment and revenue.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Manage the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
• Work closely with the HR team to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of service.
• Provide regular reports on business performance to senior management.
• Should have a keen interest in creative arts and understanding of fashion and textile industry
