Business Development Manager – Distribution Business Key Responsible Area • Source leads from Market who are interested in becoming Distributor / Individual Financial Advisors (IFA) for Mutual Fund business and other asset class. Deepening Relationships and Increasing Wallet Share from Existing B2B Partners, • Explaining MF Business opportunities and earnings to interested leads. • Providing training to IFAs for Business Development. • Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of IFA. • Planning different activities to explore better business opportunities and new developments. • Establishing strong relationships and communication with distributors • Providing 360-degree Financial Assessment • Formulating strategies for expanding • Maintaining long-term relationships with existing/new clients • Penetration of Wealth Management or other investment product on client’s portfolio. • Develop and maintain long term relationship with the new as well as existing customers. • Provide good quality customers Confident & Self-motivated. Other Requirements : - Good understanding of Global + Indian Financial Markets- Knowledge across investment products: Fixed Income, Equity, Real Estate & Other Alternatives - Strong Analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office especially Ms Excel- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) - Experience with growth marketing & communication is a plus - Min. Experience: 1 yrs in Business Development Financial Sales / BFS
