Job Role Sales and Lead Generation: • Identify and engage potential clients within the legal industry to promote our tech solutions. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through strategic outreach and relationship building. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our legal tech offerings. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Client Relationship Management: • Nurture existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. • Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product enhancement and development. • Work closely with the customer support team to address client inquiries and concerns. Legal Industry Insight: • Leverage legal background, if applicable, to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to position our solutions effectively. Reporting and Analytics: • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance. • Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Requirements: • Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the legal or technology sector. • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Law, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is an advantage. • Proven experience in using various marketing channels and tools. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
