Relationship officer (Telesales)
- Candidate should be comfortable with sales profile with a finance/marketing background.
- Should provide product knowledge to customer and answer their questions via phone and email.
- Should act as a link between networked financial institutions and customers and help customers in getting their queries resolved on time.
- Candidate should be able to communicate with customers by resolving their issues and coordinating with Banks and NBFC to provide customers with the best of their solutions.
