HUIPL - NOIDA is seeking a talented and detail-oriented draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with architects and designers to create detailed drawings and plans for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in drafting for architecture + interior, as well as a strong understanding of AUTOCAD and construction techniques preferably from Real Estate or Construction Industry Roles and Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with architects and designers to ensure that project specifications are met • Attend project meetings and assist in the coordination of project schedules • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met. • Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Following specifications and calculations to create detailed technical drawings and plans using drafting software, such as AutoCAD. • Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local and national standards • Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and section • Maintain accurate records of project documentation and revisions • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project managers • Should have experience in site visit for coordination.
