Job Title: CRM Technical Consultant - D365 Power Platform Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing CRM applications and ensuring the successful implementation of D365 and Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: ➢ Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for CRM and Power Platform solutions. ➢ Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to maximize the value of CRM and Power Platform. Solution Design: ➢ Design scalable and efficient CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. ➢ Create technical design documents and solution architecture diagrams. Configuration and Customization: ➢ Configure D365 and Power Platform applications to meet client requirements. ➢ Develop custom workflows, plugins, and custom code as needed to extend platform functionality. Data Integration: ➢ Integrate CRM systems with other business applications, data sources, and external systems. ➢ Implement data migration strategies to ensure data accuracy during system transitions. User Training and Support: ➢ Provide training to end-users and administrators on the use of CRM and Power Platform applications. ➢ Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues. Testing and Quality Assurance: ➢ Conduct thorough testing of CRM and Power Platform solutions to ensure they meet client specifications and are error-free. ➢ Perform quality assurance checks to maintain system stability and security. Documentation: ➢ Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations. ➢ Create user manuals and training materials. Collaboration: ➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. ➢ Communicate effectively with clients to ensure project success. Stay Updated: ➢ Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft updates related to CRM and Power Platform. ➢ Attend training and certification programs to enhance skills. Qualifications: ➢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred). ➢ Proven experience as a CRM Technical Consultant with a focus on D365 and Power Platform. ➢ Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable. ➢ Strong knowledge of CRM and Power Platform architecture and capabilities. ➢ Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within D365 and Power Platform. ➢ Experience with data integration and migration using D365 tools and technologies. ➢ Excellent communication and client-facing skills. ➢ Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ➢ Ability to work both independently and in a team. ➢ Strong analytical and organizational skills. ➢ Project management experience is a plus.
