Must-Have skills

  • Must have minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce industry.
  • Must have experience with Tableau and PowerBI
  • Must have experience in tools like Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills, Proven ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with Data engineering platforms like SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Teradata, Visualization platforms – Tableau, Qlik, Power BI , Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, visualizations, Pivot Tables and VBA), Expertise in data-warehousing technologies – Redshift, SQL/PL-SQL will be an advantage
  • Preferred experience with various tools/platforms: Google Analytics, Nugit,J3,Edge Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools. Familiarity with SEO and UX best practices
  • Advanced analytics / data science exposure; working knowledge of web technologies – Apache Tomcat, Angular JS will be an added advantage
  • Nielsen/IRL or ecommerce data expertise will be an added advantage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT partners; excellent ability to lead, influence, empower and encourage others in a collaborative environment
  • Good knowledge of CPG industry, business theory, processes, and process improvement methodologies
