Heart It Out is a mental health organization dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate care. We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on connecting with individuals seeking mental health services, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right offerings. You will work closely with our team to drive revenue, enhance client experiences, and ensure that those in need have access to the support they deserve.
Responsibilities:
-Drive B2C sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
-Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
-Collaborate with First Responders and marketing teams to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
-Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
-Engage with clients through phone, email, and social media.
-Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
-Provide feedback to the marketing team on client needs and preferences.
