Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design & Development Manager to lead our product design team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of consumer products such as air conditioners, deep freezers, washing machines, and other related appliances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and development, a deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry, and a proven track record in bringing products to market successfully.

Responsibilities:

1.Lead the design and development of consumer products like air conditioners, deep freezers, washing machines, their components and other related appliances.

Develop and implement product design strategies, ensuring alignment with 2.company vision and market trends.

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of product design and development processes.

4.Oversee the creation of detailed design specifications, prototypes, and production-ready models.

5.Manage the product design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

6.Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency across all product lines.

7.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure the continuous improvement of product designs.
