Internship Duration: 3 months (This will be a paid Internship & the possibility of conversion to a full-time employee will be based on your performance and efforts during the Internship)

Long story short, we’re on the brink of major growth in 2023, we’ve already passed our tipping point.

Roles And Responsibilities :

1. Replying to prospect's questions on WATI chat support
2. Coordinating with the support team for technical queries
3. Book high-quality appointments for the sales team
4. Help prospects by answering their queries
5. Keep detailed track of every query that comes on WATI
6. Redirecting prospects & and customers to appropriate channels & and provide them with helpful resources.
7. To ensure that no query remains unanswered & and all follow-ups are happening at the right time
8. Building excellent systems, and processes in WATI to increase the number of appointments & chats
