Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities Attend and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback in Kannada or Telugu through calls, emails, or chats.​ Act as the first point of contact for customers, actively listening and providing accurate, timely responses.​ Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems; log all interactions for future reference.​ Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex or escalated issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution.​ Explain products, services, offers, and promotions in Kannada and Telugu, helping customers make informed choices.​ Handle payments, order delivery, fix appointments, and assist with choosing products suited to customer needs.​ Upsell services when appropriate and inform customers of new or upcoming promotions.​ Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and contribute feedback for improving service quality.​ Maintain professionalism, empathy, patience, and efficiency in all interactions, ensuring pleasant customer experiences.​ Monitor key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and resolution rates.​ Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Kannada and/or Telugu (spoken and written).​ Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.​ Excellent customer service orientation, conflict resolution, and ability to empathize.​ Ability to work with computers and customer management software.​ Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
