Key Job Responsibilities Attend and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback in Kannada or Telugu through calls, emails, or chats. Act as the first point of contact for customers, actively listening and providing accurate, timely responses. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems; log all interactions for future reference. Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex or escalated issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution. Explain products, services, offers, and promotions in Kannada and Telugu, helping customers make informed choices. Handle payments, order delivery, fix appointments, and assist with choosing products suited to customer needs. Upsell services when appropriate and inform customers of new or upcoming promotions. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and contribute feedback for improving service quality. Maintain professionalism, empathy, patience, and efficiency in all interactions, ensuring pleasant customer experiences. Monitor key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and resolution rates. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Kannada and/or Telugu (spoken and written). Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service orientation, conflict resolution, and ability to empathize. Ability to work with computers and customer management software. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
