Here's what you'll be doing at UIUX Studio: -Lead a team of IT Sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales targets. -Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase revenue. -Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a point of contact for their needs and inquiries. -Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and provide ongoing training and development for the team. -Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, preparing and presenting reports to management on sales performance and forecasts. -Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and market developments to identify potential areas for business growth. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth sales operations. -Act as a mentor to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.
