Key Responsibilities: • Market Research & Lead Generation: o Research and identify potential companies in the electronics and semiconductor industry. o Build and maintain a database of prospects, including decision-makers. • Sales Pitch Development: o Understand company's product offerings and create compelling sales pitches. o Customize presentations and email communication for various client segments. • Client Outreach & Communication: o Draft and send professional, persuasive sales emails to prospective clients. o Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or virtual meetings. o Explain product benefits, applications, and technical differentiators in simple business terms. • Relationship Management: o Assist in building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead nurturing. • Sales Support & Reporting: o Maintain records of outreach, responses, and sales pipeline. o Share weekly updates and reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication skills (oral & written) with ability to create impactful email drafts. • Basic understanding of the electronics/semiconductor industry (preferred but not mandatory). • Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn sales strategies. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email communication tools. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Business, or related field. • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development are welcome.
