Job Title: Sales Executive - Two-Wheeler EV Showroom

Location: Lucknow, near Mama Chauraha

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice on electric two-wheelers available in our inventory.
  • Actively promote the benefits of electric vehicles, highlighting their eco-friendliness, cost-effectiveness, and performance advantages.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase the features and capabilities of different EV models.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV technology, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer queries and objections.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Passion for sustainable transportation and a keen interest in electric vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work holidays as per showroom requirements.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Lucknow and surrounding areas, with a good understanding of local customer preferences and market dynamics.
