Accounting Operations: - Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. - Monitor general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation on regular basis. 2. Financial Planning: Plan monthly payments and track collections. Monitor and manage cash flows for smooth financial operations of the company. Ensure optimum usage of funds. 3. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file statutory tax returns (GST, TDS) – Returns GSTR 1, 2A and 3B. Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. 4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts. Track variances against budget and provide analysis. 5. MIS Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate management information system (MIS) reports for key business metrics. 6. Assist and coordinate with audit agencies. 7. Banking: Coordinate and manage CC, Term Loan, Capex Loans etc. Skills Required: 1. Excellent proficiency in Tally, MS-Excel and Google Sheets. 2. Strong understanding of Indian Financial and Taxation norms, like GST, TDS, Import/ Custom duty etc. 3. Understanding of Financial planning and financial health monitoring of the organization. 4. Should have good reporting and report making skills. 5. Should have good communication skills.
