It’s regarding opportunity for the BPO Quality Analyst in Hyderabad location.
Job Description:-
1.Creating Deck report and creating one pager.
2.Record feedback and to let the Customer service rep know about his/hers areas of improvements.
3.To audit the number of calls given by the client on a daily basis.
4.Attend call calibrations.
5.To check if the CSR has used the right telephone etiquettes, and followed appropriate hold procedures and has a given a proper resolution for the customer’s request.
6.Required to compile audit results of the team in excel.
7. Ensure quality of products/process to enhance customer satisfaction.
8.Develop and manage quality systems-Regular Audits (Internal).
9. Reduce cost of poor quality at incoming, in process and outgoing stage.
Requirements:-
Good Communication skills and presentation skills
Workable knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Any Graduate – Any Specialization
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills.
