Key Responsibilities: • Prospecting: Identify potential leads through research, cold calling, and other outreach methods. • Client Engagement: Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our products/services, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. • Objection Handling: Address client objections and concerns effectively, working to overcome objections and close deals. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas. • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of client interactions and progress. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities. • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. • Sales executive skills and mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and tools.
