Java Lead Developer
We utilize leading edge technology and emerging industry standards to create world class aircraft maintenance software applications.
We are currently seeking Sr. Engineer level candidates to join our J2EE Software Development Team.

Reports to Project Manager/Relationship Manager . Works closely with other team members and may direct the work of one or more Software Engineers.
Major Tasks and Level Accountability:
As a Java Lead Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and document of existing and new applications with a focus on integrating XML based front ends and complex SOA based service architecture driven by XML integration.
Establish J2EE application architecture practice within the development team
Participate in design, review, implementation, and integration testing
Complete consistent, hands-on work with UI design, coding, and architecture verification.
Maintain and enhance existing frameworks and high software standards
Address customer issues and quickly responding to customer requests.
Knowledge and Skills:
Extensive experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, object oriented design and implementation of server-side systems
Experience with XML and XSLT based technologies
Experience with Hibernate & Spring frameworks.
Familiarity with CVS, Ant deployment tools, JUnit and Maven
Knowledge of any J2EE application server (WebSphere or WebLogic) and Eclipse IDE
Should possess above 5-7 years of experience in above mentioned technologies.
Java certification is a plus but not required
Education or Experience :
Qualified candidates should posses any following professional degree B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech/MS(Computers)/MCA with first class throughout their career.
Successful candidates must be action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Strong ability to work in a customer interfacing environment
Requires a strong technical background, excellent handle on technologies and ability to mentor teams on business and technical areas.
