Job Description

  • Detailed analysis of JD to understand client’s requirement.
  • Sourcing profile from various recruiting channels like: – Company database, Job Portals, Employee Referrals as per job description and screening the profiles.
  • Mass mailing, Job Posting, checking for reference, conducting walk-ins for the requirement.
  • Short-listing qualified profiles according to client requirement, by communicating with candidates, analysing authentication of resume, evaluating technical expertise, communication skills, expectation level, minimum joining time & relocation.
  • Schedule interviews (Personal/Telephonic) with potential candidates and coordinate the selection process.
  • Follow up the candidates till they complete all the rounds of interview.
  • Conducting HR discussion with the selected candidates for the specific skill and team. Assisting in releasing the offer letter and negotiating on compensation and notice period of the candidate
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts with candidates
  • Handled Bulk Hiring for various clients
  • Have conducted recruitment drives for various positions on IT and non IT requirements
  • Handle various clients and requirements simultaneously
  • Experience in Recruiting for contract as well as contract to hire positions for various clients.
  • Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintaining Daily & weekly reports.
  • Developing and maintaining of database on the basis of immediate and future requirement.
